Join Roxie Perregaux for a helpful discussion and info session on how to be the healthiest YOU! Happening every 2nd Thursday at the Wilson Library August-October.

Being healthy does not have to be boring, complicated or painful but sometimes these obstacles get in the way of our efforts to live a healthy life. Roxie Perregaux, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, will explain how incorporating FUN into our meals, fitness and flexibility can help us achieve a VIBRANT, healthy lifestyle. Join us to learn a variety of ways to enjoy a life filled with VITALITY.

Roxie is the owner of Healthy Moves. She has been in the health and fitness industry for 27 years. She works with folks 55 – 90 years old to help them enjoy a vibrant lifestyle. Her focus, as she partners with seniors, is on healthy food choices, fun movement through everyday activities and purposeful flexibility practices.

About the branch

The Courtland S. Wilson Library opened in 2006. With the largest footprint among the NHFPL branches, Wilson is a beacon of opportunity and life-long learning in the Hill neighboorhood. Wilson supports literacy with monthly bulk book delivery to school teachers. A youth Lego club, and a newly formed tween and teen computer group meet weekly; and launching in 2019, a youth Girls Who Code Club. Many community groups convene in Wilson’s seven meeting rooms. The Computer Lab hosts groups and offers computer instruction including digital literacy classes in Spanish and weekly free tax preparation during tax season.
