For nearly 70% of adults in the United States, the right to control one's own destiny through physician aid in dying is the most humane choice when faced with terminal illnesses. Valerie Lovelace, Statewide Campaigns Director for Death with Dignity National Center, will join us via Zoom from Maine to discuss physician aid in dying in the United States, who qualifies/how the laws work, and how to become involved in the movement to bring autonomy and self-direction to those who wish to have more control over their dying circumstances. Join us in a safe space for discussion, discovery, and compassion.
This event will take place on Zoom - a link will be sent to you after you registered (a day before the event)
