The professional food and beverage community is vast. Chef Nadine has worked in almost every aspect of hospitality when it comes to gastronomy. She is a chef educator, artist, and activist and has produced events for the James Beard House, worked for major brands like Bacardi, been part owner of a food truck, has a certificate of food styling, has written for national publications, and earned her first cover for Yankee magazine in January. With the changing world especially as it applies to the food industry, Chef Nadine shares the epicurean escapades that have taken her and paid her way around the world.

The Ives Main Library, designed by renowned architect, Cass Gilbert in 1911, is a cornerstone of the historic New Haven Green. The facility is a community treasure and features unique design details, including several WPA-era murals. Ives is open 54 hours a week, Monday-Saturday, and houses major public service departments for children and teens as well as adult reference, a computer tech center and Ives Squared, a newly renovated space for innovation and entrepreneurship.
