Professor Gerald Meyer joins us to discuss former NYC mayor Fiorello La Guardia.

Prof. Gerald Meyer joins us for a virtual lunch hour presentation and Q&A titled "The Unknown Story: Mayor Fiorello La Guardia and the Left." In addition to a thirty-year tenure as a professor at Hostos Community College (CUNY), Prof. Meyer is the author of Vito Marcantonio: Radical Politician 1902-1954. He co-edited The Lost World of Italian American Radicalism with Phillip Cannistraro, and has written approximately 60 articles. He also lectures widely.
