Meet in person with a representative from Liberty for a variety of social services needs.

Liberty Community Services, Inc. will meet one-on-one with patrons to provide help with any of these social service needs: housing; employment; basic needs; benefit programs; prevention from eviction; access to food programs; health services; mental health services; and substance abuse treatment.
