As Valentine’s Day approaches, learn how to make your own chocolate delights with molds we made with the library’s machines.

We will make a chocolate bomb which are all the rage and Chef Nadine will demo how to prepare an easy chocolate mousse with a base of 3 ingredients. We will also be joined by Chocolate Expert Erika Dupree of Top Chef Dessert fame to explain how she creates gourmet chocolates from bean to bar.
