Bracelets made from parachute cord are both attractive and could be used as useful rope in an emergency. We’ll watch a video from Operation Gratitude with instructions on how to make these bracelets.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, which is Nov. 11, we’re making a project from the charity Operation Gratitude, which sends care packages to veterans, deployed troops, and more. https://www.operationgratitude.com/
If you chose to, you could donate your bracelets to Operation Gratitude to have them sent to deployed troops or first responders. If you pick up one of our Take and Make kits, you’ll have everything you need to complete this project. (Please note that registering for the program does not automatically register you for a kit. Please call the library to reserve your kit.)
