Dr. Richard Montanaro is a Principal at Career Discoverys, a firm focused on helping individuals and businesses to reach their highest potential. Previously, he was the Academic Program Manager at Post University where he delivered courses in change management, career-readiness, and working in diverse business cultures. He continues to teach at Post as an Associate Instructor.
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years. The Ives Main Library, designed by renowned architect, Cass Gilbert in 1911, is a cornerstone of the historic New Haven Green. The facility is a community treasure and features unique design details, including several WPA-era murals. Ives is open 54 hours a week, Monday-Saturday, and houses major public service departments for children and teens as well as adult reference, a computer tech center and Ives Squared, a newly renovated space for innovation and entrepreneurship.
